From saving the oceans, to safeguarding the planet.

Unveiled during a live global broadcast, the launch event brought together global customers, partners, and maritime leaders to witness the evolution of a new force in sustainable maritime technologies.

“This is more than just a rebrand,” said Ms. Eleni Polychronopoulou, President of ERMA TECH GROUP. “It is the consolidation of decades of experience and innovation into a single, visionary group of companies. We are proud of our journey, and even prouder to take this bold step forward with our global partners by our side.”

The Group commits 7% of its Revenues to Research & Development (R&D). To date, ERMA TECH GROUP has invested more than 50Million Euros in mergers, acquisitions, revolutionary new technologies and advanced environmental solutions, whilst forming strategic partnerships, undertaking the sustainable upgrade of existing infrastructure and investing in employee training, development and expansion.

ERMA TECH GROUP’s leadership in environmental technologies can be seen in its impressive installed base with more than 30,000 systems onboard vessels, including 4,100 Ballast Water Treatment Systems, 3,500 Sewage Treatment Systems and 23,000 Oily Water Separators currently in operation, together with a growing installed base of new generation decarbonisation products, all supported by a global presence at more than 50 operational locations, staffed by more than 500 employees across the world. The Group ranks among the top manufacturers of marine equipment and providers of related services worldwide.

Meeting the Demands of a Rapidly Changing Maritime Landscape

“The maritime industry is undergoing profound transformation,” said Mr. Konstantinos Stampedakis, Co-Founder and Managing Director. “At ERMA TECH GROUP, we are not only keeping pace: we are leading the way. Our unified structure empowers us to deliver smarter, more holistic solutions with greater agility, precision, and scale.”

From tackling rising regulatory demands and decarbonisation challenges to advancing digital optimisation and emissions reduction, ERMA TECH GROUP is positioned to help clients navigate every stage of their sustainability journey.

With the formation of ERMA TECH GROUP, a new structure is in place, but the foundations remain untouched: All existing contracts remain valid, our customers will continue working with their same trusted contacts, but at the same time all our service and after sales support programs have been enhanced, streamlined, and coordinated across all our global operations. In addition, spare parts for legacy systems are now available through a new unified Spare Parts Platform that is both faster and easier to access.
